Dry eye and ocular surface disease is a day to day occurrence in primary care. This discussion workshop will illustrate why we can’t afford to ignore tears and highlight the benefits of creating an ocular surface disease (OSD) patient journey. By considering pre-prepared clinical scenarios this discussion workshop will encourage delegates to consider how they might address OSD when it is presented in different ways in their daily clinics. Discussions will consider what process can be followed and what equipment may be required to create the most effective patient journey.
